Who is to blame for the Genocide in Darfur?

I found this site to be particularly interesting regarding who is to blame for the genocide in Darfur. I found a few different names being thrown around about who is to blame, but this site paints a pretty decent image. This is a site run by Americans specifically against the genocide in Darfur. Check it out, there's a lot of really great information on this site.
